Step 1: Visit the website and select the product you want to purchase.
Step 2: Chat with our online support staff via channels like ZALO, Facebook, or send an email to info@mocphat.com, specifying
the product code, quantity, and specifications (core, thickness, standards, etc.).
Step 3: Choose payment account information.
Transfer the amount on the order to one of the following bank accounts:

Please carefully inspect the goods before signing. Moc Phat will not be responsible for any discrepancies in the appearance of the
goods after you have signed for them.
Moc Phat products are sold according to the announced quality standards. Moc Phat's quality standards are the basis for ensuring
customer rights and addressing quality product complaints.
Melamine-coated products need a cooling period of at least 15 days to ensure surface stability and quality standards. Manual
handling of the boards before the cooling period may result in surface scratches.
The manufacturer recommends using a forklift for unloading and handling during transportation and storage. Surface defects
caused by improper unloading may not be eligible for product exchange or return.
One-sided Melamine-coated boards may experience slight warping if not stored and compressed horizontally.
Moisture-resistant boards can be identified by their color, commonly green in Vietnam. However, the color does not determine the
moisture resistance of the board. In rare cases, the color indicator may fade during product storage.
PVC edge bands may not perfectly match the Melamine color, even with the same color code.
Regular boards may emit formaldehyde during initial use, especially in enclosed spaces, and comply with international emission
standards. Carb P2 (EPA) standard boards are recommended to comply with the US standards for formaldehyde emission in living
environments.
