1. Delivery policy for coated boards, smooth boards, Laminate, Acrylic, and PVC edge banding products.
Moc Phat supports delivery within a range of less than 100km from the factory in Tan Hiep, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. The support
policy or transportation fee is calculated as follows:

2. Order fulfillment time:
ü If the product is in stock, the delivery time is within 1 to 2 working days.
ü If the product requires production: the delivery time is from 03 to 05 working days.
ü MOC PHAT PLUS products have a fulfillment time of 03 to 07 working days.
ü Acrylic coated boards, Laminate on one side of Melamine boards have a fulfillment time of 05 to 10 working days.
ü For large quantity orders, fulfillment will be based on the project schedule and customer requirements as negotiated at the time
of ordering.
