MDF with melamine coating is a combination of MDF board - Medium density fiberboard with a density of 680-760 kg/mᶟ and decorative paper dipped in a proprietary MelaminePro technology developed by Moc Phat. Decorative paper dipped inmelamine glue is pressed tightly with a mold to create a grain (also known as film) on the surface of the MDF board tocover with a temperature of about 200 degrees C, a pressure of about 1400 tons. With a smooth MDF base surface, Moc Phat's MDF with melamine coating can meet many higher technical requirements, especially for decorative surfaces that require high gloss and smoothness, helping these surfaces achieve the highest effects, details that need to be drilled for shaping, painting, etc.
