MDF with Moisture Resistant Faced Melamine is a combination of MDF moisture-resistant board - MOISTURE RESISTANT Medium density fiberboard with average density of 680-760 kg/mᶟ and decorative paper impregnated with MelaminePro technology, which is exclusively researched and developed by Moc Phat. The decorative paper is dipped in melamine glue, then pressed tightly by a groove mold (also known as film) onto the surface of the MDF board to cover with a temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius, a pressing force of about 1400 tons. With a smooth surface of the MDF base board, Moc Phat moisture-resistant melamine plywood can meet higher technical requirements, especially for decorative surfaces that require high gloss and smoothness, helping these surfaces to achieve the highest effect, details that need to be drilled to shape, coated with paint, etc.
