What is melamine?

Melamine is an organic compound with the chemical formula C3H6N6. It is a type of organic base that is insoluble in water and has the ability to precipitate with acids to form melamine salts.

Melamine is widely used in industrial production today (toys, furniture, household goods, etc.) with many outstanding properties such as high bonding strength, good heat resistance, no corrosion, no odor, etc.

Production process of melamine paper

The production process of decorative paper coated with melamine requires careful and flexible preparation, as even a small mistake can lead to a faulty process due to the automated production line. ·    Preparation of raw materials: this is the most important step in the process, the raw materials include decorative paper, glue formula that has been customized by Moc Phat for each type of paper, packaging accessories, etc.

·   Preparation of the glue dipping system, the decorative paper after being dipped in melamine glue will be dried and cut to the desired width of the initial automatic selection system

·    The decorative paper after being coated with melamine glue and dried and cut to size will be wrapped and stored in a cold room.
