Journey to become a professional manager

On March 15, 2025, leaders at Moc Phat had the opportunity to improve their knowledge with Mr. Le Kim Tu, Consultant and Training Expert of PACE Academy.

The training session not only provided new perspectives on the role of a manager in the new era but also helped each member better understand the core competencies needed to lead a team effectively. With a close, practical, and inspirational sharing style, it helped Moc Phat managers identify the strengths that need to be promoted and the points that need to be improved to adapt to the company's new development strategy.

The journey to improving the leadership team is still long, but this training session is an important start. It will contribute to creating a solid foundation for Moc Phat's sustainable development in the coming years.
